Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using AstroVest ("Service", "Platform"), operated by Xike Corporation Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using AstroVest at astrovest.in or astrovest.co.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing any part of AstroVest, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law, and have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

AstroVest is a subscription-based mobile and web platform that:

• Generates Vedic birth charts using Swiss Ephemeris based on the user's birth details.
• Analyzes current planetary transits and Dasha periods against the user's chart.
• Provides astrologically-informed stock market commentary and insights using live NSE data.
• Offers watchlists, track records, and alert notifications.

AstroVest is an informational and entertainment service. It is NOT a SEBI-registered investment advisor, portfolio manager, or research analyst. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or inducements to buy or sell securities.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Plans

AstroVest offers the following plans:

• Daily: ₹49 for 24-hour access. One-time, does not auto-renew.
• Nakshatra: ₹299 per month, auto-renewing monthly subscription.
• Guru: ₹799 per month, auto-renewing monthly subscription.
• Dhan Yoga: ₹1,999 per month, auto-renewing monthly subscription.

Prices include applicable Indian taxes (GST). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior notice to subscribers.

3.2 Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same calendar date each month (your subscription start date). If that date does not exist in a given month (e.g., 31st in February), billing occurs on the last day of that month. Payments are processed via Razorpay. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date.

3.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. Access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. After 7 days of failed payment, the subscription may be cancelled.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund-policy for complete details. In summary: you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period; partial refunds are not provided except in cases of documented technical failures.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@astrovest.in if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account. You may not share your account or allow others to access the service under your credentials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or redistribute AstroVest content, recommendations, or birth chart data without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use AstroVest to provide commercial financial advisory services to third parties without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or entity or provide false registration information.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AstroVest — including but not limited to software, algorithms, astrological models, text, graphics, logos, and recommendation outputs — is the exclusive intellectual property of AstroVest / Xike Corporation Private Limited and is protected by Indian copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription. This licence terminates on cancellation or account deletion.

Your birth chart data, once generated, may be used by us in anonymised, aggregated form to improve our models. We will not publish or share identifiable birth information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, AstroVest and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to AstroVest in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstroVest, its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Third-Party Services

AstroVest integrates with third-party services including Razorpay (payments), NSE data providers, and Swiss Ephemeris. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

12. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime during NSE market hours (9:00 AM – 3:30 PM IST, Monday–Friday). Outside market hours and on exchange holidays, some features may have limited functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for outages caused by factors outside our control.

13. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@astrovest.in. On termination, your licence to use the platform ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Before initiating legal action, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting us at support@astrovest.in. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute within 30 days.
